摘    要:测试了东海正常海水与赤潮暴发时水体中的酯酶浓度,初步研究了营养盐的变化与酯酶浓度及其赤潮暴发的关系,发现赤潮暴发时水体的酯酶浓度大大高于正常海水,表明在赤潮暴发水体中浮游植物大量裂解死亡。

Abstract:We have measured the concentration of dissolved esterase in the natural sea water and the red tide water in the East China Sea respectively, and preliminarily studied the relation between the variation of nutrient and the concentration of dissolved esterase as well as the red tide bloom. The result shows that the concentration of dissolved esterase in bloom water is greatly higher than that in the natural sea water, which indicates that the phytoplanktonlysis rate is higher in the red tide water.
