The Verification of the Rights of Sea Area Usage in Xiashan District of Zhanjiang

In 2015,the State Oceanic Administration launched a key regional sea use verification management authority.Xiashan District in Zhanjiang of Guangdong Province is one of the first 4 areas using one of the ownership verification pilot area.The South China Sea Survey Technology Center has undertaken the pilot work.The paper summarized the specific work of the sea area to verify the specific work,including the verification of the work process,verification results and classification analysis.Suggestions on verifying the overall work and the various stages of the proposed scientific basis for the allocation of sea resources were made to improve the efficiency of sea areas and the implementation of real estate registration requirements,at the same time,carry out the investigations of the status quo of the country.
