扇贝外寄生车轮虫（Trichodina jadranica Raabe，1958）的形态学研究 （原生动物：纤毛门：缘毛目）

采用Ｗｉｌｂｅｒｔ蛋白银法及Ｃｈａｔｔｏｎ—Ｌｗｏｆｆ银浸法对一种附生于栉孔扇贝鳃丝上的寄生车轮虫进行了光镜水平下的研究。依据其形态学和纤毛图式特征，该种被鉴定为ＴｒｉｃｈｏｄｉｎａｊａｄｒａｎｉｃａＲａａｂｅ，１９５８．此为我国新记录，同时也是第一例有关外寄生于扇贝鳃表纤毛虫原生动物的报道。

MORPHOLOGICAL STUDIES ON TRICHODINA JADRANICA RAABE, 1958, A SCALLOP CILIATE PARASITE (PROTOZOA:CILIOPHORA:PERITRICHA)

The morphology and infraciliature of an ectoparasitic trichonid ciliate,Trlchodina jadranica Raabe, 1958 on gills of the mollusc Chlamps farreri collected from marine culture water (October, 1903) are described. According to the silver-- impregnated specimens,the average body width is 37. SUm.the diameter of the adhesive disc is about 33. spin and that of the denticulate ring is ca. 17. spin. The number of denticles ordinarily ranges from 21 to 24.There are often several granules of remains of old denticles in the centre of the denticulate ring when treated with Chatton--Lwoff method. The adoral ciliary spiral of the ciliate forms a turn of about 40CI'. Tile oral apparatus is composed of one haplokinety and Gne polykinety.Each of them comprises of three intimate circles of hasal bodies around the apical end of the cell and passes down into the buccal cavity where the polykinety forms PKI,PKZ and PK3. A germinal row which will generate the oral primordium during division is parallel to the haplokinety which is always accompanied by a filamentous reticulum.
