| Abstract: | Using a PC computer, the optical-electronic pulse technique and the interrupt working manner, the precision measurement for the uniformity at low rotational speed of the rotating table is successfully accomplished. This successful measurement is not only able to offer a useful parameter, which influences the results of experiments, but also able to make the precision measurement, the complemnt and the control of rotational speed, etc., be digitized or intellectualized. |
