| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内电子海图发行管理体系的现状,指出了我国电子海图发行管理中面临的问题.通过对IHOS-63电子海图数据保护方案的研究,建立了一套安全、高效的电子海图发行管理系统,保证了发布数据的保密性、完整性和唯一可鉴别性.
