适应多源海图数据转换的规则库设计与实现

目前海图制图资料呈现多来源、多标准多格式且与海图标准数据互不兼容的特点,为解决海图制图过程中各类资料的使用问题,主要从转换规则库结构、规则设计、规则验证三方面进行研究,设计实现了扩展性强、灵活度高的规则库,能够支持各种类型海图矢量资料向海图标准数据转换。经过实践验证,规则库已支持5种海图矢量资料,各类矢量资料转换率达90%以上。

Design and implementation of rule base for multi-source chart vector data conversion

At present,the cartographic data of the chart presents the characteristics of multiple sources,multiple standards and multiple formats,which are incompatible with the standard data of the chart.In order to solve the problem of using all kinds of data in the process of charting,this paper mainly studies the transformation of the structure of rule base,rule design and rule verification,designing and implementing a rule base with strong expansibility and flexibility which can support the conversion from vector data of various types of charts to standard data of charts.Through practical verification,the rule base has supported five kinds of vector data of chart drawing,and the conversion rate of all kinds of vector data reaches more than 90%,which greatly improves the efficiency of data collection.
