| 摘 要： | 分析了临近空间飞行器的主要特点,及深远海环境预报保障的现实问题,对临近空间飞行器在未来海洋监测及预报中的应用进行了初步的设想,为推广这一新技术在海洋预报中的应用提出了思路。

| Abstract: | Near space vehicles are becoming research focus for their outstanding features and potential values in military and civil applications. This article analyzes the features of near space vehicles and the problems of marine monitoring in the pelagic ocean. It presents an idea of using near space vehicles in the future marine monitoring and forecast. |
