基于工作流的县级地籍管理信息系统的研究

数字地籍是地籍发展的重要趋势,地籍管理信息系统是数字地籍建设的核心。随着地籍业务频繁变更,服务类型和范围的不断扩大,传统的地籍管理模式已不能满足日常地籍管理的需要。据此,系统引入工作流技术,成功解决地籍业务流程的变动,实现地籍业务自动化办理和网络化管理。在分析建立地籍管理信息系统必要性的基础上,给出了基于业务流程的地籍管理信息系统总体设计,同时重点阐述了工作流技术、工作流管理模块的数据库结构和类设计等。

The Research of Cadastral Management Information System Based on Workflow

The digital cadastre is an important trend of cadastre development,and the cadastral management information system is the core of digital cadastre.With the changes of cadastral operation and the continuous expansion of the scope and type of services,traditional CMIS cannot meet the require of the daily cadastral management.So the system use the workflow technology,successfully resolving the changes of the cadastral business processes and achieving the automated processing and network management of the cadastral business.On the basis of the analysis of the necessity to create cadastral management information system,the article gives a design based on business processes of Cadastral Management Information System,and expatiates the workflow technology,the database structure and category design of workflow management module.
