| Abstract: | The correct understanding of the sea and ocean is very importance for economic planning.The paper discusses and explains the ocean,the marine economy and the tomorrow for human profoundly and simply in view of the kinds,the prospective reserves and the available exploitation of marine resources,and the relationship between marine environment and sustainable development.The reasonable exploitation of marine resources and the protection of marine environment is the necessary of mankind survival,is the common responsibilities and duties for all human. |
