| Abstract: | By using sound velocity calculated by the temperature and salinity data obtained in the middle and northern Taiwan Strait in February and March of 1998, several main types of vertical distributions of sound velocity and some of the important characteristics of vertical and horizontal distributions of sound velocity in the studied area have been analysed in detail. |
