海浪实况分析与预报信息化处理

摘    要:我们利用现有的数学方法和计算机技术,对传统的海浪实况分析和预报方式进行了重大的改造,对等值线的分析、绘制、平滑和删除、船舶报资料的解码等技术方法,进行了相关的探索和研究。本文主要介绍等值线追踪法的应用、混合函数平滑法的应用和船舶报资料处理等内容,并简要介绍了在实际应用中我们对关键难点的处理办法。等值线绘制的实现,解决了实现海浪实况分析和预报信息化、业务化的难题。

Abstract:We utilized the mathematics approach and computer technology to carry out great reconstruction for the traditional means of wave scene-analysis and forecast. We carried out relational explore and investigation on the methods and technology in analyzing, drawing, smoothing and deleting of isoline, decoding shipdata etc. In the context, we introduce mainly the contents on how to apply the isoline trace technique, how to apply the mixfunction technique and how to decode shipdata as so long, and briefly introduce the means how to solve the key difficulty in practicality. The realization of isoline protract resolved the problem on messagization and professional work in sea wave scene-analysis and forecast.
