洪门水库区域人工增雨试验与探索

摘    要:从抚州市气象局与洪门水库实施人工增雨双方关注的焦点入手。针对洪门水库区域不同季节实施人工增雨作业试验的情况进行了探讨。认为不同的季节、不同的天气系统和不同的地形,其选择作业的时机、地点、弹量、部位也不同。在此基础上。提出了不同的季节、不同的天气系统影响人工增雨作业的主要因素。同时。结合近几年来多普勒雷达在人工增雨作业中的使用情况,认为多普勒雷达可以为人工增雨作业提供科学依据。此外。根据库区人工增雨作业试验的结果.提出了符合实际情况的人工增雨效益检验公式。并得出库区人工增雨的效益比为1:24。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem Weather Bureau of Fuzhou City and Hongmen Reservoir focus on, the trials of artificial precipitation stimulation over Hongmen Reservoir in different season are examined . The result indicates that the time, system and terrain . place, shell amount and task position are different along with different season, weather Bsed on it, the main influence factors of artificial precipitation stimulation in different season and weather system are given . The effect of using Doppler radar in this years proves that Doppler radar can provide scientific information for artificial precipitation stimulation. In addition, according to the result of the trials , the formula for benefit examination of artificial precipitation stimulation is presented , which works out that the benefit rate of artificial precipitation stimulation over Hongmen Reservoir is 1 to 24.
