| 摘 要： | 从分析可视会商业务系统的发展现状入手，介绍了可视会商业务系统的发展历程和组建方式，并针对气象部门的业务应用需求，规划设计了江西省、市之间基于H.323标准的建设方案。根据这个方案，采取部门宽带IP网加硬件终端的组网方式，建设了江西可视会商业务系统。该系统可以实现多种会议控制、双屏显示、双视传送、VGA图像无失真传送等功能。 |

| Abstract: | The development of the visual consultation operational system is analyzed at present. Then present the history and constitution of it. According to the application request of the weather department in jiangxi province,the construct project based on H.323 standard is designed .In the project,adopt wideband ip network of department and hardware terminal, we set up the visual consultation operational system of Jiangxi province, which accomplishes the functions including multi conference control, dual-display, dual-transmission, unlooses transfers of VGA image etc. |
