| Abstract: | This paper introduced technical thinking of the making of basin precipitation forecast by approaches of similarity, iteration, meso-scale numerical forcast, in order to strengthening weather stations in varied level their understanding of the products of objective basin precipitation forecast, so that it can be well applied in practical work. |
