| 摘 要： | 介绍河南省GPRS雨量网使用的网络技术以及软件编程实现。该网络突破传统自动气象网络信息采集和传输等方面的弱点，结合移动无线传输和Internet技术，使用GPRS数据终端，实现雨量监测的自动化、无线化。采用VC 编程建立数据库，通过Winsock方式监听数据信息并进行处理。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we introduce the technology of GPRS precipitation network. Overcoming the shortcomings of the traditional automatic meteorological information collection and combined with mobile wireless transmission and Internet, the network makes precipitation monitor automatic and wireless by using GPRS data terminal, VC++ and Winsock monitor. |
