| Abstract: | Based on the observation system capability analysis and review tool (Oscar), the demand indicators for ground observation elements in various meteorological application fields are selected to evaluate and analyze the current situation of the ground automatic meteorological observation station network in Zunyi City, and the corresponding planning ideas are put forward to improve the optimized layout of the ground automatic meteorological station network and promote the high-quality development of the ground meteorological observation business. |
