| 摘 要： | 通过对2007/2008年秋冬季海洋及大气的异常特征的分析表明：秋冬季的拉尼娜现象是2007/2008年冬季持续低温雨雪过程的基础,但它并不是决定性的因素,在拉尼娜现象发生的气候背景之下,西太平洋副高的持续偏强对这次异常低温雨雪过程起着非常重要的作用,因而,加强对大气候背景之下的环流异常的研究是一项极为重要的科研任务,对今后的短期气候预测有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the autumn and winter Oceanic and Atmospheric unusual characteristics in 2007/2008, La Nina phenomenon in autumn and winter was one of the factors to maintain the winter cold rain and snow. In the background of La Nina, the west Pacific subtropical high played a very important role in this process. It was very important for the short-term climate prediction to strengthen the study of the climate circulation anomalies. |
