| 摘 要： | 分析了GIS技术在气象和水文领域的应用现状,探讨了气象与水文综合预报业务对地理信息系统的特殊需求,提出了将气象与水文信息相融合、气象水文信息与GIS有机结合的系统设计思路,明确了基于GIS气象水文预报系统的目标、结构和功能。
