| 摘 要： | 分析了2008年1月中旬到2月上旬遵义市发生的严重的凝冻天气的气象要素，从凝冻持续时间、雨凇最长连续时间和凝冻指数三方面与遵义市历史上的凝冻情况作了比较，2008年均突破历史记录；讨论了凝冻灾害对电力、交通运输、能源、农业及人民群众生活造成的严重影响和损失；分析了天气成因。

| Abstract: | The thesis mainly analyzes the meteorlogical elements of the severe frozen weather from mid-January to early-February in Zunyi city.The passage compares it with the frozen weather in the past from three aspects: the time the frozen lasts,the longest time the glaze lasts,and the frozen index,and then I get the result that the frozen weather in the year of 2008 breaks the records.The thesis also discusses the serious effect and loss of diaster on electricity,transportation,energy,agriculture and people's life... |
