| 摘 要： | 本文通过对忻州市专业气象服务网站建设的研究，提出了专业气象服务网站建设过程中的分层解决模式，系统充分应用了MIS(管理信息系统)、Intreret/Intranet以及S／B(服务器／浏览器)技术，为专业气象眼务系统建设提出了较为完善的解决方案。
