| 摘 要： | 在分析整理影响雷电活动的诸多气候因子中,发现温湿环境对其影响较为明显,尤其是局地气候温湿环境。了解和掌握不同气候环境条件下的雷电活动特性,能够合理利用气候资源优势,科学地采取有效措施,提高消除雷电灾害的能力。

| Abstract: | The condition of temperature and hum idity,especial local temperature a nd humidity,is very dis-tinct from meteorological elements that influence the thunder and light ing.It will be helpful to decrease th e disaster of thunder and lighting that the feature of thunder and lighting in different meteorological condition is understood and held very well and meteorologica l resource is used reasonably and scientific measures are efficiently ta ken. |
