| 摘 要： | 雷电对人类社会造成了很大影响。对其进行有效的监测具有十分重要的社会、经济与科学价值。本文浅谈了雷电的危害,同时从地基、空间及雷电监测网介绍了雷电监测技术,并对我国雷电建网提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | Because thunder has made severe influence on human being, observing thunder effectively has very important social,economic and scientific value. This paper introduced the technology of thunder observation which includes surface observation, space observation and the thunder observation network. At the same time, some advice on the construction of thunder observation network in our country is given. |
