摘    要:拉萨冬小麦生育后期温度偏低,灌浆速率比北方麦区小,灌浆时间长,籽粒产量高;蛋白质等主要营养成分含量低,品质较差。因此,高原热量条件对小麦产量为正效应,而对品质为负效应。

Abstract:In comparison with northern China, the temperature is lower and the speed of grain filling is slower in the later development period of winter wheat in Lhasa. Although grain yield is well, because of longer period of grain filling, the main nutritional composition of grain (such as protein) is lower and the grain quality is poor. Therefore, the heat condition would have the positive effect on yield of winter wheat, and the negative on grain quality in plateau.
