| 摘 要： | 介绍广东省气象综合探测网并提出建立实时监控系统的必要性,全面阐述该监控系统的组成结构以及监控系统的功能。该监控系统包括监控数据收集、监控数据传输、监控数据分析和异常识别、异常报警数据发布等内容。还介绍了实现该实时系统的设计方法,主要介绍网络的实时通信技术,数据的获取与分析技术,以及信息的发布技术。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews the status of Guangdong meteorological observation network,proposes the necessity for establishing a real-time monitoring system and describes the structure and the feature of the system.The components of the system include data-collection monitoring,data transmission monitoring,data analysis monitoring,anomaly detection and warning sending.Besides,some practical techniques applied are also presented,such as network communication,data acquisition and analysis,and the release of information. |
