| Abstract: | At present,there are 49 automatic meteorological observational stations(AWS) in Guangzhou, A high resolution network of the automatic weather stations is to be established soon.With the operation of alent warning system for tropical cyclones and torrential rain,there is an urgent nead to develop a software to make full use of the AWS data.The system to query the AWS data is designed for the operational region. and it is so easy to manipulate so that it can minimize the forecaster workload and is beneficial for carrying out operation of the alert/warning for tropical cyclones and torrential rain. |
