| 摘 要： | 通过对可靠气象资料分析,发现盆东大洪峰出现在5～7月(汛前期)的机率明显比8～9 月(汛后期)的高,这是环流形势明显差异造成的.从而提出了盆东的最佳蓄水时段,为用好水、管好水提供了依据.
