摘    要:特殊的地理位置使四川省成为风能资源贫乏区,复杂的地形条件又增加了该地区风能资源的详查评估难度。本文运用测风资料及数值模拟结果对四川省的风能资源和详查结果进行了分析研究,结果表明四川省风能资源主要集中于川西高原、西南山地和盆地周边山区,尤其是受“高空风动量下传”和“地形峡管效应”影响的山脊及河谷地区;在考虑海拔、地形坡度等不利风能开发要素后,四川省潜在风能开发区位于凉山州境内;详查结果也表明凉山州东部、南部存在3级风能资源丰富区,可作为重点开发区域。

Wind Resource Assessment and Detailed Investigation in Sichuan Province

Abstract:Because of the special geographical location, Sichuan province is known as wind energy resource-poor areas, and the complex terrain makes the wind resource assessment and detailed investigation more difficult. Used with wind data and numerical simulation results, the wind energy resources and the results of the detailed investigation in Sichuan province were analyzed. The results showed that the spatial distribution of wind energy resources were mainly concentrated in the western Sichuan Plateau, west hills and mountains around the basin, especially in the ridges and valleys affected by the high-altitude wind momentum downstream and terrain gap tube effect, and the potential wind energy development zones were located in Liangshan if considering the other adverse factors such as high altitude, large terrain slope and so on. There were 3-level wind energy resources zones in the eastern and southern areas of Liangshan from the results of detailed Investigation, which could be used as key wind energy development zones.
