The Relationship between the Development of Cloud Cluster of Heavy Rain and the Low-level Wind Field

Using satellite cloud pictures and data from the intensive and conventional observation,the characteristics of the cloud pictures and the physical quentity field are comprehensively diagnosed. Then trigger actions of the disturbance of low-level wind field for cloud cluster with heavy rain are discussed.
