| 摘 要： | 现行云量观测各种误差较大，本文提出了天空（即天空视野）为半球形，把无法器测的云量转换成可以器测的云块视高度和视宽度角的测量，利用数学方法定量计算云量，以减小观测误差，提高观测精度。

| Abstract: | At present .cloudiness observations are of biggererrors. But if the sight of the sky is regarded as hemispheric,the height angle and the width angle of the cloud mass are measured by instruments,and then the cloudiness is calculated by mathematical methods. Then the errors could be decreased. and the precision is greatly increased. |
