摘    要:根据生态与农业气象业务需求,以气象通信网络为依托,采用Client/Server(C/S)体系结构,对生态与农业气象实时监测数据实现快速传输、有效存储和查询分析,及时将资料应用于生态与农业气象评估业务,为地方政府及有关生产部门提供农业气象决策服务.客户端运行县级生态与农业气象监测服务系统,负责信息监测、采集、传输;服务器端运行地区级的生态与农业气象评估服务系统,负责数据存储管理、综合分析、业务服务和产品制作等任务.

Abstract:According to the ecological and agrometeorological service demand, th e monitoring and evaluation service system of ecological agrometeorology in reg ional level was developed and applied. The system can transfer all kinds of ecol ogical and agricultural observed data rapidly in different stations, and store d ata efficiently. It provides functions such as analyzing the input data, control ling data quality, making various tables and figures of service information on t ime based on communications network, by adopting the Client/Server (C/S) p lot structure and by fully using database management technology, network communi cation and multimedia. This system will provide the efficient information servic es for government and production manager.
