| 摘 要： | 2011年8月环流特征如下：极涡呈现2个中心,强度偏弱。北半球中高纬度环流呈4波型分布,副热带高压脊线偏南,中旬西伸脊线点偏西,强度略偏强。2011年8月,全国平均气温为21.3℃,较常年同期（20.3℃）偏高1.0℃。全国平均降水量为85.7 mm.平均降水量偏少16.5%。月内出现了10次降水过程,西北太平洋有4个热带风暴活动,其中＂南玛都＂登陆我国台湾省和福建省,超强台风梅花对我国东部大范围沿海造成了较大影响。江南大部、华南北部及重庆、四川东部等地持续高温天气。

| Abstract: | The following are the main characteristics of the general atmospheric circulation in August 2011. There are two polar vortex centers in the Northern Hemisphere and the intensity of the polar vortex is much weaker than normal.The circulation presents a four-wave pattern in the middle-high latitudes.In comparison with the states of normal years,the ridge of the subtropical high is further south,while the western ridge spot is further west and the intensity of the subtropical high is a little stronger in Augus... |
