奎屯地区干旱气候变化的特征分析

摘    要:利用兵团农七师1951~1997年的干旱灾害实况资料,分析了干旱的气候特征、年际变化及造成作物大面积减产和严重经济损失的主要成因是:一、河水量减少,二、降水分布不均,三、温度偏高,蒸散量增加。因此必须建立健全干旱监测预警服务系统,加大山区人工增雨、增雪作业力度,增加水库蓄水量,推广灌溉节水新技术和新设备。

Abstract:The climate characteris of drought and annual variation were analyzed with the drought disaster data from 1951 to 1997 in No.7 Division,Corps.The main reason of the crop reduction and economic heavy losses was the reduced river flux,Precipitation distribution was not beneficial to crops growing and the higher temperature was higher,and is strong early warning evaporation.So we must set up the early warning system for monitoring drought conditions,enhancing precipitation stimulation operation,increasing reservoir sluice,and modernizing technique and equipments of saving water in agriculture.
