| 摘 要： | 2002年7月下旬，渭干河流域发生了有资料以来的最大洪水，造成人员伤亡和重大财产损失、通过对洪水前期水文要素、天气形势及实测洪水过程的分析，初步揭示了洪水成因及特性，并对洪水重现期、成灾原因等作了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | A record maximum flood occurred in the WeiGan River Basin on 23 July 2002, and was responsible for huge loss in lives and property. In this paper, the causes of formation and the features of the flood are preliminarily revealed by analyzing the weather situation and hydrological factors before flood. The recurrent preiod and the causes of yielded disaster are also discussed. |
