2008年初塔里木盆地低温阴雪过程的气候特征及影响

采用塔里木盆地内的43个气象站1961年以来的冬季逐日气温、降水、雪深、日照等资料，以寒冷日数、降雪量等要素为分析指标，对2008年1月15—26日塔里木盆地的持续低温阴雪天气进行气候学的分析。此次过程降温幅度大，低温持续时间长，塔里木盆地西部的部分地区达到了50a一遇，甚至个别站的部分指标达到了100a一遇。此次过程给环塔里木盆地林果业和绿洲设施农业带来了巨大损失；同时，大量的积雪也为后期的河流来水提供了丰富的水源。

Characters and Impacts of Low Temperature and Cloudy-Snow Process over Tarim Basin in Early 2008

As analysis indexes,this paper chosen daily temperature,precipitation,snow depth and sunshine hours in winter since 1961 from 43 stations located in tarim basin,and analyzed the climatic characters for the weather process with persistent low temperature and cloudy-snow from 1 Jan.to 29 Feb.of 2008 in Tarim.This process had larger extent of de-temperature and longer duration of low-temperature,and happened once in every 50 years in the western Tarim and even once in every 100 years for some indexes at a few stations.The heavy loss in the forestry and fruit industry and the oasis facilities agriculture in Tarim basin were caused by the weather process,besides its plentiful snow cover contributed abundant water resource to the river later.
