新疆偏远气象站点IPSTAR综合通信解决方案

摘    要:全国分布于偏远地区的气象站点,虽然数量不多,但这些气象站点所处地理位置特殊,在全国气象监测与预报服务方面具有重要意义。由于这些气象站点地处偏远区域,一般常规通信综合解决方案不适合偏远气象站点的实际需求,需要探索具有经济性、稳定性、实用性的综合通信解决方案。本文从偏远气象站点通信需求分析入手,全面地介绍了偏远气象站点IPSTAR综合通信系统解决方案的实现方式和优缺点,以及在新疆气象局部分站点的实际应用情况

Abstract:Based on the analyses of communication need by the out-of-the-way meteorological observation station, this paper introduce the excellences and shortcoming of "The project of IPSTAR Integrated Communication System in the meteorological observation station at out-of-the way" in details, and the fact that how this project worked in some meteorological observation stations in Xinjiang Autonomous Regional Meteorological Bureau.
