| 摘 要： | 为完善沙尘暴下游的预报预警业务，开发设计了大连地区沙尘天气预报预警业务平台。在介绍平台设计思路、结构及其特点基础上，还较详细描述了沙尘预报预警流程，对起沙预警和相似判别分析等预警原理进行探讨，并分析了平台试用结果。平台是一个实用性强的业务工作平台，运行流程符合预报员工作流程，顺应预报思路，具有很强的实时业务应用能力，并且应用效果显著，能初步满足大连地区沙尘预报业务工作需要，为沙尘预报预警服务提供有力技术保障。
