| 摘 要： | 文中全面介绍了航危报编辑分发系统的功能和运行流程 ,系统介绍了基于Unix平台先进的气象通信软件设计思想及实现方法。航危报编辑分发系统包括主控模块、航危报监控处理模块、编辑分发模块、业务监控和管理模块以及系统维护等 5大部分等组成。此系统的成功开发便于我们利用网络技术实现对航危报大用户的网络报文传输 ,达到节省大量电信传报费用的目的 ,带来了较可观的经济效益

| Abstract: | The functions and running procedures from the Aerial Dangerous Code Editing and Sending System(ADCESS) and,the advance ideal designs of meteorological communications software basing on Unix were introduced in the article.The ADCESS includes five special models such as controlling,aerial dangerous code proceduring,editing and sending,supervisory,managing and protective model.The ADCESS will bring great benefits to networking message transport,and save much money from telecom message transportion and bring obvious economic benefits. |
