| 摘 要： | 淮河流域是我国南北气候的过渡带,气候过渡带位置的南北变动对淮河流域的降水有显著的影响。利用1952～2001年的温度和降水资料,计算了气候过渡带位置的变化和淮河流域降水与旱涝的关系,发现气候分界线位置的南北移动与淮河流域夏季降水呈显著负相关,即气候分界线北移夏季降水减少、气候偏旱;气候分界线南移则夏季降水增加、气候偏涝。气候分界线与淮河流域夏季降水的这一对应关系反映了春季冷空气活动的强度和时间对淮河流域夏季和梅雨降水有重要影响,即春季(特别是3月下旬)冷空气南下活动较强年份的夏季降水可能异常偏多。

| Abstract: | The Huaihe River basin is the climate transition zone between the north subtropical zone and the south extra-tropical zone of China. Precipitation in this region is influenced by the variation of the transition zone position.
