| 摘 要： | 本文总结了近１０年利用冬季的地温、地震等地下信息预测我国汛期降水距平分布的实际结果。１０年来预报方法的发展经历了三个阶段，从最初的以“气心说”为基础的“地温指标法”转变为以“地心说”为基础的“地下信息法”，预报准确率的得分从７０分增加到８２分。文中简述了本预报方法的基本原理、预报步骤和存在问题以及今后的努力方向，以１９９４年为例列举了实际预报中的经验教训
