| 摘 要： | 世界屋脊青藏高原因海拔高而带来的缺氧、低温和大风，给人类生活带来诸多困难。在这种极端环境气象中，人们为了生存和工作，必须了解和掌握缺氧、低温和大风等与人类的关系，并逐渐摸索人类如何适应上述极端环境气象的规律，从而在这种极端环境气象条件下自由自在地生活与工作。若能如此，可谓“天人合一”了。

| Abstract: | As there exists a situation of lack oxygen, lower temperature and strong winds in the region of Tibet Plateau due to its highest altitude in the world, many difficulties for people have been brought from the above. To continue their life and work in Tibet Plateau, people have to understand their influnce of the above situation on their own and gradually find an objective law that is how to adapt the above extreme environment meteorological situation for people. If so, people should have a good and free situation for their life and work in the high mountain area, which may call it "nature and mankind have got together". |
