| Abstract: | It is discussed in this paper that if the reference atmosphere and the law of atmospheric mass conservation are introduced in the spectral model of National Climate Center. the climate drift er- rors existing in the Center's model can be eliminated, and climate simulation and the forecast quality improved. |
