| Abstract: | In the essay,a equation is eatablished which describes the method we adopt to predict the soil moisture conditions during spring wheat-sowing time in Jiamusi.The equation,obtained by introducing statistical technologies such as correlation analysis and stepwise regression etc,will be a decision-making base of the local goverment.It is argued that the method is reasonable and usful. |
