黑龙江省西部地区内涝的气侯成因研究

内涝耕地是中低产耕地中的主要组成部分，分析内涝成因是中低产田改造过程中的必要方法。本研究针对内涝耕地产生的地理、气候成因、变化特点进行了分析，利用历史上总结的技术经验，分析了导致洪涝的气象成因和预报方法，对制定防御措施和为农田水利工程改造提供科学依据，具有十分重要的意义。

The Climatic Causality Analysis of Water-Logging in West area of Heilongjiang

water-logging arable land is main part of mid- and low- output arable land. To discover the reason of water-logging is an necessary way during reforming mid- and low- output arable land. The study focuses on analyzing geography and climate reasons, change feature of water-logging arable land. Based on technical experience in history, the paper analyzes the meteorological reason and forecast method on flood. The research is very important, since it provides the science basis for drawing up defense measures and reforming the water conservation of farmland.
