| 摘 要： | 城市总体规划应当分析研究风气候环境，特别是风向、风频等参数，注意考虑污染问题的影响；通过分析南宁市的风气候环境资源特征，提供一些建议，以便有关部门考虑南宁市城市总体规划或其修编时采用，为建设和谐生态首府城市献策。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the characteristics of the wind climate environment resource in Nanning city, it is show that the wind climate environment especially wind direction and wind frequency should be considered overall the city planning. And several advices are provided to the department concerned for the city building harmonious. |
