宽功率微波整流电路研究进展

摘    要:无线能量传输可以摆脱线缆的限制,实现传感器的远距离无线充电、无电池设备的低功率能量收集等.首先介绍了无线能量传输的研究意义和工作原理,接着引出了其接收端的整流电路效率易受到输入功率波动影响的问题,并简要介绍了目前的一些解决方案;在此基础上介绍了3种采用无源网络减小对输入功率敏感的整流电路结构,这些结构能使电路在更宽的功率范围内实现高效率整流;最后展望了微波整流电路未来的一些研究方向.

Abstract:Wireless power transfer (WPT) is a promising technology and has potential applications where the wired power transmission is inconvenient or impossible,such as wireless charging of sensors and power harvest of battery-free devices.In this paper,the research significance and working principle of the WPT are introduced.Then a research subject is put forward that the efficiency of the rectifier in the receiving terminal of the WPT system is sensitive to the input power.Subsequently,researches carried out to cope with this issue are discussed.Among them,three novel efficient methods are detailed in this paper,which use passive network to extend the input power range for high rectifying efficiency.Finally,the future research orientation of the microwave rectifier is discussed.
