| Abstract: | In this paper,investigation is conducted of the problem of existence and u-niqueness of the maximum likelihood estimates in logistic discriminant analysis, which isa very difficult problem and can occur in practice. Proofs of the assertions in the com-pleted sepatate and overlapped data situation are given. |
