摘    要:气象科学研究领域的计算机系统应用,显著有别于气象业务和自动化办公。其突出特点是电源启动频繁、故障率高、故障范围广、故障定位难等。该文的目的在于探讨故障判断的技术方法并提出了“层次化有效功能检测法”及其应用思路和实例分析。该技术方法适用于气象科研应用系统产生的各种故障,在气象科研等保障工作中解决了大量的实际问题,有较好的效果。

Abstract:The computer systems applied in meteorological research are obviously different from those in the operational service and office automatic networks and have the characteristics of frequent start-up,high failure rate,and wide fault coverage,as well as the faults being difficult to be identified.The hierarchical effective-capability identifying approach is discussed.Its principles are described and some examples are given.The technical method is applicable to various failures in applied computer systems in meteorological research and has solved a great number of problems confronted in the meteorological support practice.
