摘    要:基于气象业务的需要,开发了网上雷达回波经纬度定位系统。该系统能够依托于网上雷达图像进行回波的定位,包括回波高度,回波相对雷达站的距离、方位角,相对炮点的距离、方位角、作业时的仰角。可以为人影作业时作业时机、打炮方向及仰角提供更精确信息,减少盲目性,提高增雨(防雹)作业效率。该系统用Visual C 编程,界面友好、直观,操作方便、快捷,具有很强的实用性。

Abstract:To meet the needs of meteorological operation,especially for weather modification,a radar echo positioning system is developed,which can locate radar echoes by means of the radar images from the Internet,including the azimuth angle,height above sea level and distance relative to radar station,and locating elevation,azimuth angle and distance that the echo relative to operation station.The system can provide more exact information for weather modification operation to reduce blindness and increase efficiency in operation.The system adopts Visual C~( ) in programming and has a user-friendly,visualized and convenient interface and good practicability.
