振筒气压仪性能测试

摘    要:根据R97国际建议和《JJG 875-94数字压力计检定规程》关于对振筒气压仪的性能指标要求,对我国气象、民航等各行各业使用的振筒压力仪(型号为DQZ-1)进行了静态性能测试(重复性、非线性和迟滞)、温度测试、湿度测试、短期稳定性试验以及长期稳定性试验。通过对大量实验数据的分析研究,得出振筒气压仪测量误差的主要来源,这对于提高大气压力测量的准确度是非常有益的。

Abstract:According to the performance specification requirements of the R97 International Recommendation and Verification Regulation for JJG 875-94 Digital Pressure Gauge for vibrating barometers, a complete performance test was conducted on vibrating barometers (model DQZ-1), which are widely used in conventional weather stations and aviation departments and other fields. The static performance test (repeatability, nonlinearity and hysteresis), thermal test, humidity test, short term stability test and long term stability test are described. The main factors causing measurement errors were identified through the study and analysis of experiment data. They are very useful for improving the accuracy of atmospheric pressure measurement.
