| 摘 要： | 全面介绍了基于Internet平台的灾害性天气预警信号及气象信息发布系统,该系统为绿色免费软件,其实现的功能是可让任何已连接在Internet的用户在任何时间、任何地点,可自动实时获取气象部门最新发布的重大灾害性天气预警信号和其他常规天气预报,也可以获取卫星云图资料和雷达拼图资料,从而极大地提高了预报信息的覆盖面,目前使用人数接近10万人,系统用户包括乡镇、学校、企业和社区,具有很好的推广价值和业务实用价值。

| Abstract: | An internet-based system of disaster weather warning and meteorological information distributing is introduced in detail.It is free software,has the functions of linking internet users to obtain automatically importance disaster weather warning messages and other conventional weather forecast information and receiving satellite cloud pictures and radar data at any time and any place.Accordingly,the coverage of the system is greatly enlarged,and at present,the number of users has grown to nearly 100 thousands,even including villages and towns,schools,corporations and communities.It has great potential in application. |
